Ethics - Virtue of Patience Essay -- essays research papers
Temperance and Patience So as to endure nowadays, there should be probably a few principles furthermore, objectives of profound quality in an individual's life. Moral greatness is unquestionably hard to accomplish, however is something worth while to endeavor. By and by, there are numerous interruptions and impediments the current day gives, making a trouble of heading in my own life. I have to defeat snags, for example, peer pressure in request to turn into a sure, fruitful individual. The current day gives obstructions which I trust I can defeat by method of ethical quality and excellence. I have decided to take a shot at more tolerance in my life. As indicated by Aristotle, for each righteousness there are two indecencies. One is in abundance and the other being shortfall. Tolerance is a lack in my life. In having scarcely any tolerance, I am regularly worried and make a greater amount of basic circumstances. Aristotle would call this bad habit fretfulness. On the opposite finish of the range, the abundance of persistence is being detached. Aristotle and Plato, it was tied in with having balance in your life. I accept this hypothesis is still in politeness today. What I am making progress toward isn't resignation, it is a moderate measure of tolerance, not to an extreme and not excessively little, however only enough to make me even more an ethical person. The crucial step about being temperate isn't rehearsing prudence in some cases yet acing it and doing it reliably. I have consistently been restless and it would be incredibly hard for me to ace showing restraint. One of Aristotleââ¬â¢s focuses about being an upright individual isn't doing everything great except doing what you progress nicely and doing it reliably. Persistence is characterized as ââ¬Å"good natured resilience of deferral or incompetence.â⬠(www.dictionary.com) for me, this definition does the word a universe of just... ...s outside and we wound up hanging tight for and hour for him to return. I was going to flip out and advise my mother I wasnââ¬â¢t going to do one or the other we should simply leave and return tomorrow yet I recollected this article and my objective of getting progressively tolerant. So I put on my earphones and I took a stroll to discover my feline, when I at long last discovered him I was so energized for myself, I truly felt like I achieved something. For me this was a satisfying procedure and I really appreciated the journaling and paper. I figure I could have invested somewhat more energy into the particular examples. In any case, over all it was okay for me. Before this I would have never seen what absence of persistence I had and how irritating it must be for the individuals around me. Iââ¬â¢m eager to keep being an increasingly upright individual and improving my character through rehearsing more tolerance.

Developmental Paper Example
Developmental Paper Example Developmental Paper â" Essay Example > Development Stages of Ages 12 to AdolescentsIntroductionAdolescence is a challenging time for most teens full of rebellion, confusion, and problems. Adolescence is the transition period between infancy and adulthood and includes ages 12 to 19. During this period, growth occurs at a tremendous speed thus most teenagers finding it challenging to adjust. However, most teenagers successfully navigate these changes without any problem. Adolescents experience some changes such as increased physical growth, emotional, biological, social, and neurological and brain, moral and cognitive changes. Puberty may, however, begin at different times, some have early development while others experience a little later although eventually they all catch-up. This essay will discuss the various development stages of adolescence Physical and biological stageSigmund Feud in his theory of psychosexual development says that children go through different stages of sexual development. He discusses them as or al, phallic, genital, anal, and latency. The first stage is early adolescence which comprises of ages 11-13. There are common physical changes that occur in both sexes while some occur to one sex. Testosterone hormone in boys triggers the changes while estrogen hormone triggers the changes in puberty in girls. In this stage, there is a tremendous physical growth in both girls and boys. Their weight and height increase incredibly. Both sexes experience increased perspiration, hair growth on their bodies and production of oil in hair and skin. Early adolescents at this stage have a greater sexual interest; they become attracted to the opposite sex. Hauser-Cram, Nugent, Theis and Travers, boys will experience wet dreams, growth in penis and testicles, have broader shoulders and their voice becomes deeper. Wet dreams commonly termed as nocturnal emissions is harmless release of semen during sleep. Girls, on the other hand, have their hips widen, breasts become rounder and larger, thei r clitoris elongates, uterus enlarges, and labia thickens. Most girls begin menstruation at the age of 12 or 13 while some may incur delays. Some adolescent girls and boys can experience skin problems such as acne vulgaris or pimples (2014). In the middle stage of adolescent, between the age of 14-18, the physical growth continues for boys but slows down for girls. Mostly puberty is completed setting in for the late adolescence stage for ages 19-21. The young woman is now fully developed, but the young men continue showing some changes. Their weight and height continue to increase, body hair and muscle mass also increase. According to Freud theory of psychosexual, sexual desires and attraction emerges and if the adolescents involve in sexual behavior, it may result in childbirth and marriage. Freud believed that the development of a childâs personality is determined by the guardians to deal with that childâs basic sexual and aggressive desires. Cognitive stageCognitive developme nt involves the growth ability of childâs reasoning and thinking. Cognitive development has four stages which are assimilation, schema, equilibrium and accommodation according to the theory developed by Jean Piaget. Lee Vygotsky also developed a theory to explain cognitive development. Piaget argues that during the early cognitive development changes in mental operations are as a result of actions that individuals perform. Schema involves the personâs mental and physical steps to display a sense of knowing, understanding and obtaining. Assimilation stage includes people using new acquired ideas and information into their first stage (schema). The third stage is accommodation, where the individual changes the existing schema to new using the obtained information. Lastly, there is the equilibrium level where the individual tries balancing between accommodation and assimilation (Sheski, Chvallier, Lambert, Baumard, 2014).

Social Impact Of The Internet Essays - Internet Culture,
Social Impact Of The Internet Introduction The advent of Internet communication technology is in and of itself, a positive move toward overall global advancement, but the costly social impact is what concerns Lebanese families and sociologists alike. This fear is further amplified by the anticipated social disintegration that may result. The positive aspects of the Internet: As a result of the Internet there is almost nothing that cannot be accomplished from the comfort of one's own home; grocery shopping, buying merchandise, paying bill, researching for term papers and even striking up relationships with people half way across the world. Communication, which once consisted of putting pen to paper, has now been reduced to a few key strokes and a click of a mouse; indeed, people are able to correspond via E-mail faster and easier than traditional mail services could ever hope to offer. The positive aspects of the Internet are immeasurable and go without saying; this paper's focus is on the negative effects of the Internet. The social impact: A. Alienation: Alienation from institutions such as the family, education and places of work may result from the following factors: Lack of face-to-face socialisation is turning into a considerable problem for those who have locked themselves inside the anonymity of their computers. Indeed studies have shown the tendency for people to become significantly stressed, depressed and lonely with each hour spent in the obscure world of Internet chatting. Because there is proof to substantiate the claim that the longer people spend chatting on the Internet the less sociable they become, a considerable amount of further research must be done to determine the extent of damage this has on society. It is clear that even though Internet chat rooms provide much the same interactive approach to socialisation, the social implication is that it gravely lacks the in-person connection required in order for people to develop acceptable social skills. This will also affect negatively the way young teenagers socialise with family members, friends and strangers in society. The reason of this concern is the closely-knit society that we live in; Arab society dictates strong interpersonal relationships whether be it with family members or friends. So as we can see, lack of face to face interaction will result in a fair amount of stress on the fragile Lebanese society, which a large part of it is based on an emotional relationship with each other, and as Patai wrote the Arab nation as an Arab family. B. Loss of own culture: In a critical time where social integration is high on the agenda in post war Lebanon, the Lebanese society is finding itself competing not only with the existing forces of disintegration, but also with a new unanticipated one. The Internet introduces an invasion of western cultures into the homes of unsuspecting parents, which may lead to a loss of one's own culture and adopting a new foreign one. The adoption of a new culture will cause the general public to resist this change, thus the consequences will lead the youth to feel rejected and further amplify the already existing social problem of alienation from society as a whole. This alienation from the Arab culture will lead the youth to strongly get attached to the new culture that they have adopted, which will again translate into a disastrous disintegration. C. Loss of identity: Having mentioned the factors that may lead to alienation and loss of culture, it follows that these factors will also lead to a loss of identity. In a time where national identity plays an important role in the social integration of Lebanon, we cannot afford to let such a new force as the Internet to destroy what we've been trying to build, and there are some results of our efforts, for example, Qanna, Arnoun, and recently Jezzine and the Asian basket ball tournament where Lebanon won. Watching these incidents unfold in front of me, gave me hope for a united Lebanon, since incidents like these were so hard to come by before, now we are seeing more and more social integration between all factions in Lebanon. Seeing all this, and getting a sense of nationalism I also get the shocking news about the Internet and its effects on our society, did you know that 85%

Breaking At The Seams essays
Breaking At The Seams essays In the years of 1800 to 1850 territorial expansion basically tore the United States apart. Expansion in itself was not a debated issue coming from Manifest Destiny, almost all believed that America should expand to wherever possible. However, it was the issue of the expansion of slavery that pitted the North against the South and split our nation apart. The first evidence of such tension over expansion took place in 1819-1821 over the to-be state of Missouri. The territory of Missouri was of the first to be given statehood out of the Louisiana Purchase. Out of the jurisdiction of the Northwest Ordinance, Missouri saw no reason to stop its long tradition of slavery. Because of this, Missouri applied to the Union as a slave state in 1817. So far north, Missouri posed a threat of further expansion of slavery into all new territories. In early 1819, Congressman James Tallmadge proposed an amendment that would prohibit any new slaves to enter the state and said that all slave children born after the date of admission would be set free at the age of twenty-five. Tallmadge's amendment received almost complete opposition from Southern Congressmen. This could be seen when the amendment passed the North dominated House of Representatives twice, but was turned down by the balanced Senate. In December 1819, Maine applied for statehood as a f ree state and in the end a compromise was reached where Maine would enter the Union as a free state, Missouri would enter the Union as a slave state, and in the remaining Louisiana territory slavery would be prohibited north of 36Ã °30? (Mason-Dixon Line). This is now known as the Missouri Compromise, commonly said to be the beginning of American Sectionalism. The South realized a need for political unity in order to maintain thepeculiar institution? and alerted the whole country to the political problems inherent to westward expansion. The next major controversy was over the admission of Texa...

5 Questions to Expect in a Retail Job Interview
5 Questions to Expect in a Retail Job Interview youââ¬â¢ve turned in a rockinââ¬â¢ retail resume, showing that youââ¬â¢re a mature, responsible, personable individual. the you-on-paper is looking better than ever. but youââ¬â¢re not done- if they like what they see, itââ¬â¢s time for the next stage: the interview. what can you expect there? whatââ¬â¢s your experience?the interviewer is going to know what kind of retail experience you have- or, if youââ¬â¢re new, what your relevant experiences are. as a starting point, your resume has the outline of your answer here. in the interview, itââ¬â¢s your job to flesh those out. hereââ¬â¢s where youââ¬â¢ll want to fill in some context about your previous jobs:what kinds of environments have you worked in?how big were your previous stores/employers, and what were the daily operations like?what were your past responsibilities?do you have specific stats to illustrate your past jobs? (sales figures, concrete growth, any awards or recognition)did you progress/take on increasing responsibility/get promoted during your time there?how do you serve customers?the customer may or may not always be right, but one of the top things a retail employer will want to know is what kind of service you provide. specific anecdotes work great here. do you have a knack for converting medium interest into an actual sale? how have you handled difficult customer situations or angry customers? how did you take company policy and best practices to resolve challenging customer situations? how do you approach customers? again, use real stories from your experience, preferably ones that highlight good customer outcomes, examples of you thinking fast on your feet, and/or ones that show you enhancing your storeââ¬â¢s brand.what do you know about the industry?itââ¬â¢s important to know how store operations work. retail jobs can call on you to be a jack-of-all-trades when extra hands are needed in a variety of departments, so an interviewer may want to test your ver satility. be prepared for questions on things like handling sales/money, inventory, point-of-sale (pos) systems, security, and loss prevention.what makes you a great salesperson?an unavoidable part of working in retail is working with the public. the unpredictable, not-always-pleasant public. the interviewer is going to want to make sure youââ¬â¢re enough of a people person to provide a good customer experience, and stay cool in a variety of situations. if you get a question like this, be sure to emphasize your personal qualities, like good teamwork, positivity, the ability to work independently on projects without constant guidance, and the ability to work under supervision and take direction just as well.what are your expectations?retail is an industry thatââ¬â¢s famous for unpredictable hours and shifts, as well as for requiring working nights, weekends, and holidays. during the interview, itââ¬â¢s important to be up front about your schedule and availability- the more f lexible, the better. you may also be asked about what you expect for compensation. your best bet is to do a little legwork ahead of the interview, and research what similar jobs are making. hourly wages? commissions based on sales? then in the interview, you can give reasonable ballpark figures if asked, and you can also ask more specific questions about how compensation will work in this job, once the interviewer opens that door.if you organize your interview prep around these areas, youââ¬â¢re well on your way. be ready to provide specific stories that back up your resume bullet points, and donââ¬â¢t forget to emphasize your next-level customer service skills. good luck!search for retail jobsthejobnetwork has you covered, with thousands of listings in all areas of retail. start searching below, and use the above interview tips to land your next gig!retail merchandiser jobsretail clerk jobsretail store manager jobsretail buyer jobs

Asia pacific business Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 2000 words
Asia pacific business - Essay Example Asian countries had faced a critical financial crisis in 1997, which was attributable to a high level of liquidity and volatility in foreign markets. The financial crisis brought down many economies such as Thailand, Korea, Japan, and Indonesia. More specifically, Thailand and Korea are two of the Asian countries affected by the 1997 financial crisis that managed to recover in a shorter time than expected. Therefore, when the global financial crisis of 2008 emerged, these countries had the opportunity to use the strategies developed in 1997 to recover easily from the crisis. This paper will seek to evaluate the responses of both Korea and Thailand during the global financial crisis and whether they reflect important lessons learned in 1997. On July 1997, Asian countries woke up to the reality of a salient economic crisis that threatened many economies in the region. Although it was assumed to become a global financial crisis in the end, it only remained a sectional financial crisis. Countries that were affected by the horrible crisis included, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Philippines (Tosompark 2014, p. 63). A close analysis of the history surrounding the Asian financial crisis reveals that it began in Thailand. This was after the Thailand currency, the Baht, registered a high level of devaluation. Initially, the Thailand government hoped that the Baht would recover its previous status without much intervention. Unfortunately, it only continued to register a declining value. The government was compelled to rely on the foreign currency market to fix the standing of the Baht. Notably, the loss of value by the Baht was accompanied by an immense foreign debt huge enough to declare the country b ankrupt (Durham 2007, p. 58). Worth noting is the fact that the accumulated foreign debt happened before the collapsing of the Thai currency. These circumstances contributed to the emergence of a financial crisis. The crisis was not limited to

Challenger Disaster Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 1250 words
Challenger Disaster - Essay Example Initially asked is what could the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) management have done differently, was there anything the subordinates could have done differently? Additionally what could Joe Kilminster an engineer and the Vice President of Space Booster programs at Morton Thiokol (Aerospace Company in charge of the solid fuel rocket motors) have done differently and what could fellow co-worker Roger Boisjoly an engineer with Morton Thiokol have done differently and were there any additional detrimental factors? Is there a difference in the professional responsibilities of the engineers involved in relation to being employees and the need to protect the public? Additionally, we will identify other potential extenuating factors that may have had an effect on the decisions of those in charge to go ahead with the launch; additionally did the President or the Vice President of the United States have prior knowledge. Lastly, after examining the various contributing f actors and problems as well as persons involved the decision will be made regarding NASA managementââ¬â¢s decision making ability at this time. Challenger Accident case study Brief history of the Challenger disaster The Space Shuttle Challenger exploded over the Atlantic Ocean on Tuesday, January 28 1986; with its demise the lives of seven crew members were lost. The explosion which occurred 73 seconds after liftoff claimed the lives of the crew and destroyed the vehicle. The cause of the explosion was later determined to be an O-ring failure in the right solid rocket booster. Outside of human influences cold weather was also determined to be a contributing factor. (STS-51L, 2011 Para. 15) The Presidential Commission on the Challenger Accident was completed with recommendations on July 14, 1986 six short months after the accident occurred. On board the STS-51L shuttle designated, Challenger was Commander Francis R. Scobee, Pilot Michael J. Smith, Mission Specialists Judith A. Res nik, Ellison S. Onizuka, Ronald E. McNair and Payload Specialists Gregory B. Jarvis and Sharon Christa McAuliffe. McAuliffe was a High School teacher for the 10th-12th grades at Concord High School, Concord, New Hampshire. (Biographical Data, 2011) Her role was as a participant in the teachers in space program that President Reagan had initiated. The program was canceled as a result of her death and the Challenger accident; she was the first active participant and the last. She was awarded the Congressional Space Medal of Honor posthumously. The others on the mission were also awarded medals or promoted posthumously as a result of the missionââ¬â¢s abrupt and deadly failure. Examining NASAââ¬â¢s liability Understanding the ethical responsibilities inherent with the NASA administration is important. In the ensuing media blackout directly following the event from NASA and the global frenzy of speculation in the media it became apparent that previously accepted approach of absolu te secrecy regarding accidents with space going craft would need to be revised. Along with the media blackout that was standard operating procedure the events leading to the launch would need to be revised. According to NASA requirements any flight with technological problems was to be grounded. In July of 1985 Marshall Engineers had filed a formal constraint effectively grounding all future missions including 51-L (Challenger) based on problems with the motor nozzle joint. Apparently however, Marshall had failed to report the formal constraint to Level

The Constant Status of Beta Essay -- Business, Stock Returns, Investme
Beta being an efficient measure of riskiness of a security is an important financial instrument in investment decisions regarding estimation of market models, development of investment portfolios, estimation of cost of capital and emerging derivative markets. Since 1960s, the practical implication of CAPM has been in vague until recently challenged by some researchers Fama and French, (1992) for beta being insufficient in estimating the future returns of stocks based on historical data. The constant status of beta in estimating stock returns is questionable by the academic researchers for the high-low variation in its parameters. As systematic risk is time variant in nature, thus it is necessary to consider beta as a time series process withholding within it the stochastic behavior. Faff, Hillier and Hillier (2000) have demonstrated three modeling techniques to estimate time-varying beta namely multivariate generalized ARCH model (M-GARCH), another time varying heteroskedastic market models identified as EGARCH, TARCH and Kalman Filter approach. The dataset comprises of daily returns of 32 UK industry portfolios for the time period of January 1969 to April 1998. All the three models explain the time variability in systematic risk in the stocks. Of all the three models, Kalman Filter approach along with random-walk parameterization out-performs in efficiently explaining the stochastic behavior of betas in the daily stock returns of UK. The Kalman filter approach can be summed up as an optimal recursive computation of the least-squares algorithm. It is a subset of a Bayesian filter where the assumptions of a Gaussian distribution and that the current state is linearly dependant on the previous state are imposed. In oth... ...el errors while estimating these models using a Kalman filter algorithm has been considered and taken into account. The magnitude of reduction in the variance of market model errors that can be achieved if betas are allowed to vary is also measured. This gives a useful technique for comparing time-varying beta models with the constant beta model. This work also suggests that time-variation in beta is present in case of developing markets as in case of developed markets. The overall results have important implications for portfolio diversification and hedging strategies. Another implication of this academic research is that a dynamic hedging strategy, in which the hedge ratios are frequently adjusted in the light of the new information, will perform better compared to a static strategy where the hedge ratio is chosen at the beginning of the investment horizon.

Degree Plan Essay
For as long as I can remember I wanted to be a police officer. As a little boy, what caught my attention were the flashing lights and sirens on the police cars. It could have also been then the facts that police officer were permitted to carry a gun and had the ability to run red lights. This is why as I grew up and played games like cops and robbers, I was always the police officer. During my teenage years, I later joined the auxiliary police officer and started to learn about police work. Thatââ¬â¢s when I realized that a police officer was nothing like I thought. I started to understand the role of the police was not as a symbol of power, but one of peace. I started to understand that society needed law enforcement measures to uphold the laws that have been set for our city`s and countyââ¬â¢s. I also learned that a police presence was the best tool in deterring crime and creating a safe environment for everyone. Police officers are in the community for all the right reasons, to educate us as children and educate our parents on safety. They were there when my friends and family needed them. Not only for the worse of times, but in the best as well. To me, police officer were my hero`s and I wanted to be one of them in order to be able to return to the community and provide the service and knowledge Iââ¬â¢ve gained over the years of growing up pursuing my dreams of being a police officer. Although Iââ¬â¢ve always wanted to be a police office, since I am human and had to grow from a boy to a man, I have made mistakes in my life growing up by allowing peer pressure got the best of me in some aspects. Although I did my best to overcome the pressures of high school, by distancing myself from those bad influences that is when I opened my eyes to figure out what do I want out of life and that I need to put me first and pursue my career. In September of2012 I decided to pursue my education for my children so I wrote down some options on a career change. So I looked into Empire College and saw that I can take online classes to pursue a degree and work at my leisure because I am a full time father and work two jobs so I donââ¬â¢t really have time. I would like to do this for my family so I am going to have to work hard so I can conquer my goals. So I am starting out with my associateââ¬â¢s degree I have registered for several classes; this has been a big challenge since I havenââ¬â¢t been in school for about ten years. But in order for me to continue my dream of being a police officer by monitoring society I have to work a little hard and I will conquer this challenge for my family. I would love to become a police officer. It is a good job even though itââ¬â¢s a risky job depending on where you are working, but it is worth it. It has good benefits and a reasonable salary. Most important is that I think it will be a challenging and rewarding career, and I think with my natural curiosity and desire to solve problems that I will be good at this. Ever since I was a little kid I have always been fascinated with becoming a police officer. Doing justice the right way and making sure that people obey government laws the right way is the kind of job I would like to pursue. This job is becoming a police officer. First semester I have taken Creative Writing, intro to biology , Western Civilization these classes are helping me get my associates degree Second semester I am registered for Corrections in American systems, degree planning, introduction to Algebra. These classes have helped me study and look into society instead of just getting thrown into a position that I have no clue about. Writing and Reading class; was not one of my favorite but it gave me some ideas on understanding what I was reading and to elaborate on my writing. I enjoyed the compare and contrast short essays that I needed to write. I work as an EMT for Lutheran Medical so I love Biology. My job is interesting right now I am in Brooklyn where all the action is; I love to help people and love the action every day. It wants to make Brooklyn and there is action every day that is what I like I love helping people and I love the action. To be a police officer I want to change this society around; since I was a child I remember listening to the sirens out the window or a police officer chasing two kids because the stole an elderly woman handbag . This by far is not an easy job! But this is a very serious job, every job is different and the way society is today you can never trust anybody. I am continuing school so I understand and have an education. Working in /for our society today can be extremely difficult and I am a firm of an education to become a police officer. I might not use Shakespeare if there is a robbery but maybe I can distract him with a poem. Going to class again also will help me get back into routine you need routine also you need to be educated and healthy. This is a serious job I feel that Police Officers are protecting our society everyday all day long. Officers do carry a lot on their shoulders they witness a lot and some jobs can be worse than others. I have learned that College is very time consuming itââ¬â¢s a full time job I am ready to receive some help from my counselor about the requirements that I would need to conquer my dreams . This isnââ¬â¢t just any job this to make sure your society is safe and everyone understands. I do think it is important to have an education level. I have had about 10 yearsââ¬â¢ experience with police officers and fire department. I wouldnââ¬â¢t trade it for the world; in a firm believer in succeeding what I like to do and knowing what to do. So I know I am starting at late but I really hope this second semester I do well so I can run off and start my career and enjoy it. I am trying my hardest to get all these done so I can just be in the action. Itââ¬â¢s almost over thatââ¬â¢s why itââ¬â¢s important to work hard and continue your education. Please remember itââ¬â¢s never too late to follow your dreams!

American Idealism in F. Scoot Fitzgeraldôs The Great Gatsby
ââ¬Å"Gatsby is in modern times the central artistic expression of the American experience.â⬠According to Ross MacDonald, F. Scott Fitzgeraldââ¬â¢s book, The Great Gatsby, was about ââ¬Å"American idealism destroyed by American greedâ⬠. (Thompson p.152) This theme of a misinterpreted American Dream was portrayed throughout what is said to be one of Fitzgeraldââ¬â¢s most influential works, The Great Gatsby. Francis Scott Key Fitzgerald was born in the great capital of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Born into an upper middle class family on September 24, 1896, Fitzgerald spent the first few years of his childhood life in Buffalo, New York due to his fathers job. While there, he Attended two schools, both Catholic, and was noted for his intense interest in literature and writing. Very soon after, in 1908, Fitzgeraldââ¬â¢s father was fired from the company Proctor Gamble, his New York job, and the family was forced to move back to their home town of Saint Paul. From the ti me of 1908 to 1911, F. Scott Fitzgerald attended a local school, Saint Paul Academy in which his love for literature and writing prospered. By the time Fitzgerald was only 13 his first work was published in his schools newspaper in which his parents realized his talent. Fitzgeraldââ¬â¢s parents took the next steep to ensure their son would have the best, brightest future by sending him to a Catholic prep school in New Jersey. With more and more people recognizing his talents as a writer, a Priest at his prep school encouraged him to pursue
